Payment options

We provide a number of payment options during the online order process.

PayPal or credit/debit card

The easiest way to pay when placing an online order is by PayPal or by credit/debit card. Payments are processed securely using Braintree, and the order is fulfilled by The Case Centre on receipt1. Please note that customers outside the UK may incur international transaction fees.

Invoice

Customers at our member organisations have the added convenience of being able to select the invoice option. The order is fulfilled by The Case Centre on receipt1 and payment can be made within 30 days (please see our terms of business). Invoices can be paid by credit/debit card, PayPal, cheque or bank transfer, details are provided when placing an order.

Pro-forma invoice

Customers at non-member organisations who do not wish to pay online when placing their order can select the pro-forma invoice option. Pro-forma invoices can be paid by credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer or cheque (details are provided when placing an order). Orders are fulfilled by The Case Centre on receipt of payment1.

1 Delivery of electronic downloads begins when you click to submit your order or, if paying by pro-forma invoice, when payment is received. Printed items are despatched within two working days and media items (DVDs, CD-ROMs etc) within three working days.
