The Case Centre's Director, Richard McCracken, caught up with Malay Krishna of S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) to discuss his Case Awards success.

Malay and co-author Gursimran Gambhir won the Outstanding Case Writer Competition: Hot Topic 'Responding to shocks' at The Case Centre Awards and Competitions 2022 with their Ivey Publishing case, Zoom Video Communications: Flash in the Pandemic or Enduring Success?.

During the conversation Malay shared what the case is about, the stimulus for writing the case, how the case works with different level students, and how the case supports teaching the Tetra Threat Framework.
