The Case Centre's Director, Richard McCracken, caught up with Karen Harlos (University of Winnipeg), Lucas Monzani and Alison Konrad (Ivey Business School) to discuss their Case Awards success.

Karen, Lucas and Alison won the Outstanding Compact Case Competition at The Case Centre Awards and Competitions 2022 with their case, Three Cases on Workplace Mistreatment.

During the conversation the winning authors discussed the themes of the three mini cases, and also shared how the case writing process worked and their experiences of teaching the case.
