The Indian Institute of Management Sambalpur’s Atri Sengupta was delighted to receive the 2024 Human Resource Management / Organisational Behaviour Case Award trophy.

Atri won the award for her case, GBS India: Should Remote Working Continue After the Lockdown?, co-authored with Manoj Kalra and Dinesh K Murugesan of dsm-firmenich. The case explores GBS’ review of its work at home policy.
