Copies are watermarked with a sidenote including your name and information about the purpose for which it was purchased or downloaded. Electronic downloads are placed in your library area on our site when your order has been processed.

All customers can order items for personal or research purposes via our online search. All items are available as electronic downloads.
Selecting for classroom use
To make the process of selecting teaching materials quick and easy, we provide the following formats via our online search to customers with premium access.
Preview copies
We provide free online preview copies of as many products as possible to allow you to quickly assess the suitability of an item for use in the classroom. Preview copies are not for classroom use, they contain the full text of a case and every page is clearly watermarked as a preview copy. Preview copies are accessed directly from the item's record in our online search and are supplied as standard PDF files (i.e. not encrypted).
Teaching notes
Most teaching notes are available electronically free of charge (with the exception of those from Harvard Business Publishing which must be ordered as printed copies). If an item has a free electronic copy available it will be indicated on its record in our online search. If an electronic copy is not available a printed copy can be purchased by adding the item to your basket.

Via our online search, we provide the following formats to customers with premium access who wish to purchase cases for use with their students.
Delivery of materials via your course area/virtual learning environment (VLE)/learning management system (LMS)
This service provides students with a seamless experience when accessing course materials via your course area or eReader app. More details about this option. When viewing a product, use the 'add to basket' button for this option.
Printing copies for students from a download
When ordering (select 'print copies from a PDF') please specify the number of printed copies you will make (i.e. the number of students in the class) and we will provide an electronic master copy along with permission to print it the number of times stated on your order. Our minimum order quantity is five. The item will be accessible to download from your library area for the duration of the course so that you can print the requested number of copies from it. When viewing a product, use the 'add to basket' button for this option.
CoursePack Creator
CoursePack Creator*, powered by The Case Centre, is a tool to help you quickly create professional and comprehensive CoursePacks. When viewing a product, use the 'add to CoursePack' button for this option. You can add our materials and upload your own via CoursePack Creator.
Customers at member organisations can select SchoolPay to maximise ease of use for students by paying for all the materials in advance, once enrolment is confirmed. This option is particularly useful if your school does not have its own VLE/LMS. StudentPay is available to all customers and is helpful when you'd like students to pay for their own materials.
Please note that CoursePacks created via CoursePack Creator are hosted on our website, not on your own VLE/LMS.
Educational Case Teaching Licence
If your organisation has an Educational Case Teaching Licence, eligible cases can be provided to students on degree-awarding programmes using any of the three methods above.

Media items
Videos are provided as downloadable MP4 files in your library on our website.
Computer software accompanying certain cases is supplied in your library on our website. The basic format depends on the adaptability of the original software supplied by the case author.
