About the collection
Henley Business School Africa’s case collection is currently made up of 13 cases and is growing. Each case is accompanied by a teaching note. African companies such as Agtech, Ofgen, Serena Hotels, Sultan Green as well as the Gikomba market in Kenya are featured in these cases. In addition, there are cases on the South African state-owned enterprise Transnet and EOH, a South African technology services provider.
The cases focus on strategy, shared value, development, technology, conservation agriculture, environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments, the informal sector, entrepreneurship, complex problem-solving, leadership style, leadership effectiveness and risk culture.
