About OMNES EDUCATION Group
OMNES Education (formerly INSEEC Group) is a private multidisciplinary higher education group that includes 15 schools spread across 19 campuses in France and abroad. Its project is based on research rooted in contemporary realities and on foresight regarding societal challenges, thereby articulating economic, managerial, technological, and political skills.
About the collection
The OMNES Education Group is pleased to share with you its collection of case studies, composed of four key topics that bring together the scientific projects and expertise of our schools' members:
- AI, Big Data, Economy, Society, and Digital Business: Challenges related to the development of new financing and consumption markets, acceptance of new technologies, robotisation, sustainability, security, and AI sovereignty.
- Sustainability and CSR: Issues related to access to new energies and responsible innovative materials, as well as governance and the restructuring of business models and major supply chains.
- Innovation and Entrepreneurship: Challenges of resilience, growth, and sustainability in the face of crises and societal changes, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises, which constitute the economic fabric of territories.
- Intergenerational and Inclusive Management: Issues related to the aging population, the changing relationship to work, gender balance, diversity, and interculturality.
These cases are developed by researchers, teachers, and experts within the group based on economic data or in collaboration with companies, illustrating the various challenges faced by leaders. They encompass a wide range of organisations, from multinationals to local authorities, including SMEs and mid-sized enterprises, and cover multiple sectors (notably luxury, sports, and wine). They are designed to provide a useful framework for students to understand the evolution of their professional environment and the human factors that influence it.
