ecch launches new on-line ordering process

ecch's online ordering process has been relaunched as part of its continual development of the facilities available through case search at www.ecch.com/casesearch. The new features, detailed below, bring enhanced usability to the website and aim to provide the best possible user experience.

New features

  • Each step has been reviewed and redeveloped to provide a more logical path through the process. A new progress bar guides users through all stages.
  • An option now exists to save an order as a quote instead of proceeding to checkout. Valid for 30 days, quotes can be accessed, edited and converted to orders through my profile.
  • A new info icon Old info icon now appears throughout the process. Supporting information can be viewed by rolling over it or clicking on links to the help module.
