Updates from The Case Centre about Coronavirus (COVID-19)

As Coronavirus causes the usual delivery of programmes around the world to be disrupted, we at The Case Centre are working hard to support the case community through this period of uncertainty.

Here are updates about how our operations are being affected.


1 June 2020

From 1 June we are pleased to reintroduce the facility for customers to order some items (Harvard teaching notes and books) for physical delivery, as these items can now be shipped safely by our team from home.

Orders for these items must be placed by 10h. Delivery options remain the same as prior to the COVID-19 outbreak, but will be sent via USPS (customers in North America) or Royal Mail (customers outside North America). However, due to the current global situation, we anticipate that shipments of physical items may experience some delays. We appreciate your patience in these difficult times.

Cases and their supporting materials that are available electronically continue to be accessible as normal via our search facility.

We are still unable to take orders for some physical goods (e.g. printed copies, DVDs). If an item is unavailable this will be clearly marked in your search results.

Our offices remain closed but our team is working remotely and is contactable via email if you have any queries.

Following updated government guidelines, from 17 March 2020, until further notice, our UK office at Cranfield University will be closed. Our staff will be working from home and are still contactable as usual on their work email addresses and info@thecasecentre.org. Cases and their supporting materials that are available electronically will be accessible as usual via our website. However, we have suspended delivery of physical items for all customers (e.g. printed copies, DVDs) until the office reopens.

Cases and their supporting materials that are available electronically will be accessible as usual via our website. However, we have suspended delivery of physical items for North American customers (e.g. printed copies, DVDs) until the office reopens.

The UK office is open as usual.
