Message from our Director - 12 March 2020

Dear colleagues

Supporting the case community during Coronavirus (COVID-19)

As Coronavirus causes the usual delivery of programmes around the world to be disrupted, we at The Case Centre are working hard to support the case community through this period of uncertainty.

Ordering teaching materials

If you're moving your programmes online you can still order electronic copies of teaching materials from us for online delivery to your participants.

If you've already bought material from us and are moving that class online the materials already purchased may be used for the equivalent online class with no further charge, simply contact our Customer Services Team to obtain a link that works online.

If you've already bought material from us for a class that’s no longer taking place please get in touch with our Customer Services Team who can discuss moving the class dates to when the programme is rescheduled.

Should we be required to close our offices at Cranfield University and Babson College, cases and their supporting materials that are available electronically will be accessible as usual via our website. It will however be necessary to temporarily suspend delivery of physical items (e.g. printed copies, DVDs).

Support for teaching cases online

If you would like to hear from colleagues with experience of teaching cases online the following resources may be of interest:

We also encourage you to connect with other case teachers, and share your experiences in our Case Writing & Teaching Exchange discussion group.

In addition, we'll be tweeting advice and links to resources on Twitter. Follow us @TheCaseCentre to stay up to date.

Case workshops

We will be reviewing our case workshop programme on an event-by-event basis. If you’re already booked on an event that we are required to postpone please be assured that you will have the option to transfer your place or receive a full refund.

Other activities

If we are required to close our offices all other activities (customer services, case submission, scholarships, competitions etc.) will remain unaffected.

If you have any queries please do get in touch with our friendly Customers Services Team at our:

Best wishes

Richard McCracken
