Anita Elberse, a truly deserving winner of The Case Centre’s Oustanding Case Teacher Competition 2016, was presented with her trophy and framed citation by The Case Centre’s Deputy Director, Vicky Lester.

The event, held at Harvard Business School, celebrated Anita’s outstanding achievement and she was warmly congratulated by Vicky on her success against stiff global competition.

Wonderful encouragement

Following news of her win, Anita, who specialises in the entertainment, media and sports industry, said: ‘I am extremely honoured and humbled to have won. It means a great deal to me. From the first moment I saw the case method in action, I have wanted to be really good at case teaching, and I work hard to get better every day. I see this award as a wonderful encouragement to keep going.’ 

The judges were unanimous in their choice of winner and praised Anita’s case teaching and case writing skills. She has been described as a ‘case teaching legend’ at Harvard Business School, and her course is always over-subscribed. Find out more about Anita’s achievements
