Guiding students through the case method

preparing to teachThe Case Centre has launched a new online tool for students. Learning with Cases: An Interactive Study Guide is designed to take students through the process, providing practical tips, tricks and tools.

The guide is optimised for desktop, tablet and mobile devices, and features step-by-step instructions and unique insight – via video – from the University of Worcester’s Scott Andrews, one of The Case Centre’s experienced case workshop tutors.

The vision

“Learning with cases can be a challenging experience for students,” said Richard McCracken, The Case Centre Director. “The Case Centre has over 40 years experience of facilitating case workshops worldwide, and we are uniquely placed to dispel the mystique of learning with cases.

“We have introduced the Interactive Study Guide, so students are prepared for the case method when they enter the classroom, and are able to get the most out of this powerful form of learning.

“A key element of our mission is to help educators with the delivery of their case classes, and we believe this tool contributes to achieving that.”
