About this free webinar

During this 90-minute webinar, Thales will teach his bestselling case, Showrooming at Best Buy. All participants will be provided with a copy of the case before the webinar so that they can take part in the discussion.

Participants will:

  • experience an online case teaching session from the point of view of a student
  • hear Thales give an ‘instructor’s debrief’ of the session
  • have the opportunity to ask questions about the teaching process.

To ensure an interactive classroom experience the number of places on the webinar will be limited. We ask that all participants are ready to join the discussion with their audio and video on.

About the presenters

Richard McCracken and Thales TeixeiraThe webinar will be hosted by Richard McCracken, Director of The Case Centre, and led by bestselling case author, Thales Teixeira.

Professor Thales Teixeira is the co-founder of the digital disruption consultancy Previously, he was the Lumry Family Associate Professor at Harvard Business School, where he taught for 10 years. There he taught MBA, doctoral and executive-level courses in Marketing Models, Digital Marketing and Ecommerce. His two primary domains of research constitute Digital Disruption and The Economics of Attention. He was number 27 in the Top 40 Bestselling Case Authors 2019/20.
