Undergraduate Case Teaching Licence
The Undergraduate Case Teaching Licence is a new, affordable way to use cases on your undergraduate programmes.
Your university can apply for an annual licence for cases taught to undergraduate students.
What cases are included?
Select from over 30,000 cases from a diverse range of leading business schools (full list of participating schools). Cases are available on all aspects of national and international business and management.
How much does the licence cost?
The annual licence fee is calculated based on the annual income of your whole university. During the application process, we'll ask you to tell us what your university's income is (in GBP£) and provide a link to evidence of the figure.

Our annual licence year is 1 August - 31 July. The fee for any licences that only cover part of this period are charged on a daily pro-rata basis. You can request a specific start date during the application process.
All customers in the UK, and customers in the EC that do not have a VAT number, must pay VAT on the licence fee. If your organisation is in the EC, and has a VAT number, please let us know before applying so that you are not charged VAT.

How are cases accessed?
Once your licence has been paid for and is active, all staff (educators, PhD students with teaching responsibility and programme administrators) at your university can access cases under the licence.
Our product search allows you to filter cases that are available under your licence and all items are clearly marked with
.
