Abstract

Al Yasra Company was suffering from an aggressive competition especially from two large players in the food market. The company, hence, needs to win the competition and increase its profits by decreasing the operational cost. Therefore, the top management focused on data quality and set programs that tackle all gaps from this perspective. The programs included revising old data, centralized data management, and developing new and special software.
