Since its inception in 1995, ICFAI Business School (IBS) has been one of the best business schools in India, providing excellent academic delivery and infrastructure to its students. IBS has campuses in Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Dehradun, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune. The case study method is a key component of the academic programme at all IBS campuses. Almost all courses are designed keeping in mind the advantages of the case method. Some courses are taught entirely through case studies – the case studies being tailor-made to the requirements of different subject areas and topics. Student evaluation is based on individual/team presentations, written reports and class participation. IBS has a dedicated Case Research Center (CRC) to produce case studies and supporting material. Staffed with teams of knowledge workers with many years of academic and corporate experience, CRC develops contemporary and thought-provoking case studies which provide great learning value to the students. Since 2023, The Case Centre has received 97 new cases for distribution from IBS authors. In total the collection available through The Case Centre numbers 5,933 cases, many with accompanying instructor materials, software and videos. 133 of those are prize-winning cases. |

"IBS Case Research Center (CRC) started writing cases in the early 2000s to cater to the demands of ICFAI Business School. Once we started collaborating with The Case Centre, we were able to reach a global audience. In keeping with changing business trends, the CRC has been evolving to meet the demands of the curriculum. We have attempted to cover areas such as inclusivity, diversity, SDGs, and emerging technologies like AI.
