“We’re educating the leaders of the future. They will be facing a lot of change. Change is often accompanied by contrast, conflict, and uncertainty. The utilisation of the case method has the potential to motivate students to transcend the boundaries of their own area of specialisation and cultural biases, and to delve into the intricacies that the world currently faces, integrating environmental, social, and economic aspects.
"RSM's emphasis on cases pertaining to sustainability and responsible development enables students to identify both the challenges and opportunities presented in managerial practices, allowing them to construct business strategies that are not only realistic but also meaningful.
"Case studies present RSM students with a breadth of examples from business that they would not otherwise see. This gives them the opportunity to see where their theoretical knowledge can be applied in real life. Our impact-led cases show them how their management skills can help them to make a positive change to business.”
