With a mission to empower changemakers for a better society, the School offers its 8,000 students, spread over its two campuses in Lille and Paris-La Défense, a wide variety of post-bac, post-graduate, executive and tailor-made programs for companies. Research and international collaboration have been an essential part of IÉSEG’s DNA since its creation. Thanks to the quality and reputation of its faculty, the School attracts international professors and researchers from all over the world who publish the results of their research in leading international scientific journals. Furthermore, IÉSEG fundamentally believes that teaching and research complete each other, and allow for stronger interactions with companies and other stakeholders. IÉSEG’s permanent professors therefore conduct both research and teaching activities. At IÉSEG, case studies, simulation exercises, personal and team projects in connection with the business world and tutorial classes in small groups are used to develop students’ knowledge, know-how and soft and intercultural skills. Since 2023, The Case Centre has received 21 new cases for distribution from IÉSEG authors. In total the collection available through The Case Centre numbers 325 cases, many with accompanying instructor materials, software and videos. Two are prize-winning cases. |

Thus, we collectively take immense pride in this achievement, seeing it as a reflection of our dedication to excellence in business education and the far-reaching impact of our academic contributions.
"Cases are one of the key components of our Teaching and Learning Strategy. They play a crucial role in developing critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and practical knowledge among students. They also foster an interdisciplinary understanding of grand challenges. By providing students with real-world scenarios to analyze and learn from, cases effectively prepare them for the challenges they will face in their careers. This recognition reaffirms our commitment to the case method and inspires us to continue innovating and contributing significantly to the global business education landscape.”
