Additionally, the licence includes up to ten places each year on an exclusive free annual online case teaching session. Led by one of The Case Centre’s expert international case workshop tutors, this two-hour session explores best practices in case teaching and offers practical guidance to enhance case teaching skills. Licence pricing
The annual licence fee is fixed* at £5,000/€6,000/$6,400 for all organisations and will not be subject to any retrospective increases based on usage. Your fee remains guaranteed, offering transparent, predictable pricing.
Our licence year runs annually from 1 August to 31 July. Fees for licences covering only part of this period are charged on a daily pro-rata basis. You can select a specific start date during the application process.
The Educational Case Teaching Licence is designed to help organisations expand their use of the case method. Organisations that have ordered fewer than 2,000 units from us in the past 12 months (excluding free cases, cases used in non-degree-awarding programmes, and those under an Undergraduate Case Teaching Licence) are eligible to apply.
The licence is exempt from VAT.
* We reserve the right to periodically review the fee in line with inflation.
Accessing the cases
Once your licence has been paid for and is active, all staff (educators, PhD students with teaching responsibility and programme administrators) at your school or university can access cases under the licence.
