The managing director of international businesses checks the progress of a Lean program in a regional headquarters site that two years previously had negative Net Recovered Margin (NRM). He had worked closely with the site to implement a program of Lean improvement. His primary objective in this review is to access the key factors involved in the program's success in bringing the negative NRM into positive territory.
