This is a French version. The Coaching for Exceptional Performance Workshop provides students with the opportunity to recognize and act upon informal coaching opportunities that occur in the course of daily activities. The format is a series of sessions in which students and each member of their teams, in turn, play the role of the director of operations for a software products company who must coach other team members. This role assignment provides the scenario for the project sales and marketing manager to approach the director of operations after receiving an offer of a position with another company. There are six other role assignments in this series.
