Abstract

This is part of a case series. Hong Gang is now contemplating Greatview’s overseas expansion plan, after his company commenced trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 9, 2010. Greatview’s plan is to spend 20% of the money financed through its IPO on building a new plant in Germany. In the meantime, Tetra Pak is suing Greatview in a German court for violating one of its patents.
