Abstract
This case describes the six-year experience of a female manager who has concluded that her employer has systematically kept her from significant advancement. The most recent example is her boss's rescinding a memo she has sent. Young is faced with filing an EEOC complaint, doing nothing, or leaving. This case is intended to provide a springboard for discussion of prejudices in organizations.
