Abstract
This video is to accompany the case. This video features Tim Hoettges in an interview filmed in October 2010. As CEO of T-Home in Germany, Tim Hoettges led the most challenging part of the Deutsche Telekom (DT) transformation journey launched by DT’s CEO Rene Obermann. In this short video, Hoettges reflects on the cultural transformation in the domestic business which started with his 'T-Tours' during which he established a new form of dialogue between the front line and the top executive team.
