Abstract
This article is a review of Kozinet’s research method which seeks to investigate the behaviour of on-line communities. This is a critical perspective of the method and takes into account the pros and cons of the method. Netnography is a sub course of ethnography which is used to study human behaviour. The difference between the two fields as has been elaborated by Kozinet’s is that one is the study of human behaviour in the physical world and the other is in the virtual world for which he uses the words on-line communities.
