Abstract
The case study gives a bird eye view about the launch of Thalir Thiran Thittam (TTT), a life skills program for the young. Starting with the journey of Bharath Krishna Sankar, the founder of Aparajitha Corporate Services, the case gradually unfolds the story of how his aim to nourish entrepreneurial spirit in youngsters for his company turned into a passion of 'giving back to the society' by launching Thalir Thiran Thittam in 2008, a program build for transformational changes in adolescent students through life skills programs. Now, three years into the launch of the scheme, Bharath wants to relook at the entire concept and delivery in the light of the current scenarios and explore new options for the sustainability and growth of his brainchild - Thalir Thiran Thittam.
