Abstract
This supporting video is to accompany the case. This video is an interview with Philippe Raynaud de Fitte. It provides some insights on senior management's reactions to Telford's antics in support of his project, and a thoughtful discourse by de Fitte on entrepreneurship and sponsorship. His distinction between a sponsor and a mentor is particularly interesting. The purpose of this and the companion videos is not to provide a 'solution to the case', but rather to set the stage on which the instructor can build a dialogue in class on internal entrepreneurship.
