This is the second of a two-case series (IMD-3-0950 and IMD-3-0951). Freymont decided to leave Nova to join over-the-counter listed (OTC- listed) Swisscable SA as its new chief executive officer and president. He got more than 5% of the voting rights, making him the second largest of the company''s owners in terms of votes.
