Abstract
This is the second of a two-case series (IMD-3-1484 and IMD-3-1485). By December 2003, Minetti SA had become one of the parent company''s best performers in terms of operating EBITDA margin, a key Holcim performance measure. Case (B) draws out the lessons learned from the things that worked, and those that did not work, during the turnaround period from 1999-2002.
