Reson's Research and Development is working with proprietary basic technologies with development times up to three years. In order to realise the global growth potential existing for the company, Reson's management must expand their customer base, re-think how to apply their proprietary technologies in innovative ways, and to bring new customer-specific solutions fast to market. All focus in project management is put on time, ie meeting the deadlines set for the projects. This sets completely new requirements for project planning and also for co-operation in the company.
