Abstract

This is the second of a two-case series (IMD-4-0267 and IMD-4-0268). This case describes how Christine changed her view of the situation with Sally. She chose to focus on herself and her own contribution, rather than on Sally. Sally worked with another team member who figured out a way to turn the situation around and was able to find and elicit Sally''s contribution and value. This changed the team dynamics.
