Abstract
This is the second of a two-case series (IMD-3-1115 and IMD-3-1138). Bharti Televentures used alliances to become India''s leading private telecom player. Faced with a difficult decision in its negotiations with BT, the (B) case discusses the decision that Bharti made and how the company moved forward thereafter.
