Abstract
This is part of a case series. This is an abridged version. This case is a short follow-up to the (A) case and should be used together with it. The case relates the story from July 2001 to July 2002, illustrating the complications encountered in finalising the outsourcing agreement. It summarises Derek Gray's personal learning points and reflections on the outsourcing decision. The case invites participants to think about the implementation challenges for the following year and how to measure the success of the outsourcing.
