Abstract

This is the second of a two-case series (IMD-6-0269 and IMD-6-0270). This is an abridged version of the case ''IMD-6-0252''. This case is a short follow-up to the (A) case and should be used together with it. The case relates the story from July 2001 to July 2002, illustrating the complications encountered in finalising the outsourcing agreement.
