In the 21st century, knowledge workers are becoming more scarce. Retaining them in the organisation has become a more important task for management. Actively managing the risk of turnover of key knowledge workers is an issue that Deutsche Bank has addressed by investing the development of a commitment indicator. Will this indicator be used by Deutsche Bank management to avoid losing key people and their associated knowledge?
