Abstract
This DVD is to accompany the case. This video of Paul Drechsler, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Quest International, was made during an IMD management program in the summer of 2001. It is intended to be used with the case 'Quest International'. In the video Mr Drechsler describes the reasons he believed he had to make changes after he took over the top job at Quest, and the way he went about the changes. His handling of the company's Asian operations is featured. Mr Drechsler's comments include an assessment of Quest's financial performance to the end of the year 2000.
