Abstract
The video is an edited version of an interview with Ms Marie-Jeanne Becaus-Pieters that took place in December 2000. Ms Pieters describes the events that occurred between June 1998 and December 2000. Particular emphasis is placed on delivering the promise of the e-enabled marketplace through the establishment of supply-chain partnerships, the scalability of the Pefa model, diversification into other perishable products, eg flowers, fruit and vegetables, as well as geographic expansion. Playing time is 12 minutes. An introductory video for the case is also available.
