Abstract

This video features an interview with Jacques Horovitz recorded in April 2013. In the Introduction Jacques explains how he conceived the idea of creating Chateauform and what has been achieved since 1996. In Part 1 the focus is on the delivery of the customer experience. Part 2 addresses the challenges that management has faced while building the business, Part 3 covers developments in 2009 and in Part 4, Jacques explains how the brand has evolved and shares his vision for the future. This video is to be used in conjunction with the Chateauform case series.
