This is the first of a two-case series (IMD-3-0788 and IMD-3-0789). In 1996, Xerox Europe Ltd''s environmental group adopts the slogan: ''The only thing we leave with our customers is - the Document!''. In spite of Xerox''s commitment to protecting the environment, their take-back policy met with some negative customer feedback as well as internal resistance from various divisions.
