This case highlights the issues related to policy and transparency maintained by the ABC Care. As the employees are the key to increased productivity, creativity and profits. Having the right people, with the right skills in the right roles is critical for HR management from recruitment to exit management. Personal motivation encompasses a wide range of areas like the current role, career progression, appreciation, compensation and benefits, culture, value etc. Employee productivity is directly related to the growth of the company. The role of HR in such situations is critical. Very often as a company is growing and a key employee is absent for a long time the HR team has a crucial role to play in keeping the business of the company going. Intrinsic and extrinsic rewards can improve organizational effectiveness, achieve integration, motivate employees, and improve skills, value for money. The money is the most motivating factor among all employees at all hierarchy levels therefore reward management plays a very important role also in retaining employees and engaging themselves on the job.
