Abstract
The case was developed in the JMGCL situated at Malanpur, Gwalior. The case is based on the problems of inefficient productivity. The productivity is always linked with the attitude of workers towards their job. The management is trying hard to involve all the workers in their job but the efforts made were of no use. The Organization was worried about the way company is moving ahead. The major issues discussed are Change, Resistance to change, lack of motivation and attitudinal and behavioral problems.
