Abstract

This case describes the evolving partnership between Te Strake and Stork Digital Imaging (SDI), based on the experience from two joint projects. The first project (AX4) has been in production since late 1995 and the second project (PIP) is currently in the development phase. The AX4 project highlights many of the current challenges faced by outsourcing partners. While the current PIP project presents the reader with a glimpse of some of the future issues that will assume importance to partnerships. A video is available to accompany the case (IMD-6-0202- V). This case was submitted for inclusion in the Indiana University CIBER Case Collection through a CIBER-sponsored case competition.
