Abstract
This is a Spanish version. This case introduces us to the integration process experienced by two advertising agencies - MadAds Co and Satcher&Phillips - and the difficulties found when trying to make a reality the expected benefits of such union. Mainly, cultural and organizational differences between the two companies. The reader must assume the HR director role in the new created company in order to take an action plan that allows the company to move forward.
