Abstract
The problematic is to attain certain trade objectives in the field of luxury watch distribution. Indeed, the company is meeting with difficulties in its strategy for its implantation in France and in particular, its distribution system for the Alpina brand. The watchmaking market in France must here be analysed, then the strong and weak points of Alpina in order to bring out the key factors to success. Taking example from Alpina's various distribution competitors, various recommendations must be found in order for the brand to improve its presence on the distribution network in France. Will have to be determined the size of the sales force and whether changes have thus to be made in order to improve Alpina's referencing at multibrand sales points.
