Abstract

It had been a year since Florian's last conversation with Rafael. At the time, he was considering whether to change companies or stay at IB, finally choosing to stay. Florian recalled 'In July I moved to the External Services Division, which deals with the parking lot, car rental, WiFi, telephony and advertising lines of business. I was given the responsibility of designing the strategic plan for car rentals without a driver. My adaptation to the new position was difficult because it coincided with a period of unrest at IB.'
