Abstract
This leadership exercise asks students to reflect on their energy management - as opposed to their time management. Distinctions are drawn between time management and energy management and a table format is presented that helps students to identify what drains and what fills their energy reservoirs. The idea is to pay attention to what energizes you and do more of that and less of what drains your energy. In the perspective, the importance of time management recedes. A short list of references is included at the end of the note.
