Abstract
In an industry which deals with workers politics on a regular basis requires applying typical HR strategies. In this case management changes its strategies according to the workers and their planning. This case also discussed that how conversation between worker and management would be beneficial for both parties. It also discuss various tactics and politics to solve problems within the organisation.
