Abstract
This organisational assessment report has been written by SAJJAD HUSSAIN, student of Ph D (Human Resource Management), Riphah International University, and Islamabad, Pakistan. It is proposed to be used as the base for class debate rather than to exemplify either effective or fruitless conduct of a management condition. The present report is an overall assessment of different scenarios with respect to different managers in Xperts (Pvt Ltd), its comparative analysis with Islamic leadership principles and possible organisational outcomes.
