Abstract
PPP implies the equal role of various partners, each of whom bring unique sets of assets, constituencies and deliverables to the table.This new PPP is indicative of growing trend in Asia that goes well beyond the typical and old rules and expectations of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and establishes a new paradigm based on economics of mutuality. The typical understanding / concept of CSR, which is rooted in western world, has been prevalent in Korea. However, this new PPP moves beyond the traditional definition and structures of CSR and breaks new ground.
