However, Lee soon begins to encounter problems upon stepping up to his new role. This case aims to promote discussion about the challenges that millennials and junior to middle-level managers might face at the work place. A variety of issues, such as leading across a multigenerational work force, conflict management approaches and the appropriate use of power, can be potentially discussed using this case.
