The company is the target of several gender discrimination lawsuits and the executive vice-president has the opportunity to obtain information that would be usefull in the current situation, and must determine what information is needed. In the supplement, Staffing Wal-Mart Stores, Inc (B), product ''9B04C007'', the executive vice-president receives information and must determine how to address the situation.
